Shipping & Returns

We want your new art to be the highlight of your space! Because each of our prints is custom-made to order using professional-grade processes, we are unable to offer traditional returns or exchanges once a piece has been printed.

However, we are human and we care deeply about your experience. If something isn't quite right, we will do everything in our power to make it right! 

Damaged in Transit? While we pack our prints with the utmost care, the journey to your doorstep can occasionally be a bumpy one. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please snap (3) quick photos of the damage including packaging.

  • Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.  We will need to get with the carrier immediately.

  • We will send a replacement immediately and fast-track the shipping, no questions asked.
