Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our photography for your space! To ensure your new art arrives safely and you know exactly what to expect, please take a moment to review how we handle shipping.

1. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Because each print is custom-made to order, there are two steps to getting your art home:

  • Processing Time: It takes 3–5 business days to professionally print, inspect, and package your order.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your package heads out the door.

2. Shipping Rates

Currently we offer free shipping on all products.  Subject to change as more collections come on-line.

3. Accuracy is Key

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. [This That & Thangs] is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Delivery & "Porch Pirates"

Our responsibility is to get your art safely to the address provided. Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," we are no longer responsible for theft or loss. If you live in an area where "porch piracy" is common, we recommend shipping to a secure work address or a P.O. Box.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great pride in our "Over-Padded" packaging, but if the unthinkable happens:

  • Damaged Prints: Please refer to the "Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated in 3 days, please reach out! We will open a carrier investigation and ensure you get your art.
