Every piece from This That & Thangs! is manufactured to strict gallery standards. If the artwork doesn't completely transform your space, we offer a straightforward return process.

The Details:

  • The Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Restocking Fee: Because our pieces are premium, heavy-weight materials, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for generating their own return shipping labels and covering the return shipping costs.

Studio Tip — Keep the Box!
We highly recommend holding onto your original packaging for the first few days. Our art ships in specialized, heavy-duty boxes designed specifically to protect our Premium Glass and HD Metal in transit. Reusing this exact packaging is the absolute safest and most cost-effective way to ship the piece back to us securely if necessary (as with 99.9% of our customers, you will probably not need the box that long).
Are any purchases final sale?

The Standard
To maintain the strict quality and integrity of our gallery, a select few items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom Commissions: Any piece that is custom-sized or specifically altered outside of our standard studio variants.
  • Gift Cards: All digital and physical gift card purchases are final.
  • Damaged Post-Delivery: Pieces that have been mishandled, dropped, or cleaned with improper chemicals (see our Studio Specs page for exact care instructions) after they have safely arrived.
When will I get my order?

The Timeline
Every piece from This That & Thangs! is strictly made-to-order to ensure flawless quality.

  • Production: Please allow 2–4 business days for our labs to print, mount, and inspect your art.
  • Transit: Once your piece clears quality control, standard shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your location.
  • The Rates: We offer a flat $15 shipping rate on all orders under $150. If your cart totals $150 or more, the shipping is entirely on us. Once your piece ships, you will receive an immediate email with your tracking number.

The Studio Rates
We keep our shipping structure completely transparent:

  • Standard Orders (Under $150): A flat rate of $15.00.
  • Premium Orders ($150 and over): Complimentary Studio Shipping. We cover the transit costs entirely.

The Packaging Standard
Shipping heavy-weight Premium Glass and rigid HD Metal requires precision. Your art is not rolled up and dropped into a cardboard tube. Every single piece is secured inside specialized, heavy-duty transit packaging designed specifically to absorb impact and protect those sleek, frameless edges during transit.
